We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Data loss, loss of profits, or service interruptions arising from your use or inability to use Voltrack.
• Issues caused by third-party integrations or network failures beyond our control.

9. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal obligations. Updated Terms will be effective upon posting on our website or within the Platform. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Termination
